HELP, SOMEBODY! How do I fix this blog?

Please help a 'newbie'.
I would like to make this THE BEST I CAN.
However, my best...is lacking, and unworthy.
I so need to know how to update the "links" and
Reccommended sites, a poll would be lovely, and
I so would like to have a place to show feedback
from you readers.
A counter ...that shouldn't be hard.
