~I just had to share this, because I was so blessed by it.
GOD said, HE always takes care of HIS own: ALWAYS.
Here is just ONE testimony:


I just returned from New Jersey. While en route there, I was stuck in
traffic on Interstate 81, just below the Virginia state line, (Bristol,
Tennessee), due to a traffic accident with a fatality involved. This
accident involved a tanker truck hauling a hazardous material load that
developed a leak, which meant that we weren't going anywhere for several
hours.

After being told by the Tennessee state troopers that we would be
sitting still until the clean up was completed, I set my brakes on the
truck and got out to stretch my legs. Other truck drivers did the same,
and at one point there were 5 of us standing there by my truck,
complaining. Sitting right beside me in the left lane were two elderly
people in a Silverado pick up truck, which was loaded quite well. The
man, (Joe), lowered his window and asked what was going on regarding the
traffic situation.

Soon we were all talking with this couple. I mentioned that if I had
known about this, I would have bought something to drink, (water), for I
was becoming thirsty. The lady, (Anna), said that they had plenty of
water and sodas in the cooler in the bed of the truck and offered
everyone present something. While she was back there, she said that she
had plenty of tuna salad made up, and asked if we would be interested in
a sandwich. After some urging from Joe, we agreed to a sandwich. While
Anna was making the sandwiches on the tailgate of the truck, she was
singing like a songbird. To be close to 70, (I guess), she had a
remarkable voice. When she finished making the sandwiches, and putting
everything up, Joe raised the tailgate of the truck to close it. I
noticed a Mississippi license plate on it. I inquired as to what part
of Mississippi they were from. Joe said Biloxi. Knowing that Biloxi
had been ravaged also by hurricane Katrina, I asked if they sustained
any damage. Joe said that they lost everything but what they had on and
what was in the pickup. All of us drivers tried unsuccessfully to pay
them for their drinks and the sandwiches. They would have nothing to do
with it. Joe said that their son was living around Harrisonburg,
Virginia and that they were going there. He was in the real estate
business and that there was a home that became open, and that they were
going to start all over there. Starting over at their age would not be
easy.

I will soon be 48 years old, and I have to say that I have never eaten a
tuna sandwich with side orders of reality and humility. These people
lost everything except the pictures, important documents, and some
clothes. Joe had managed to get their antique heirloom grandfather
clock into the bed of the truck and Anna got her china and silverware,
but that was all. These wonderful people lost practically everything
they owned and still would not accept any money for their food and
drinks. Joe said that "it was better to give than it is to receive."

They sought refuge behind a block wall that he had built years ago, and
they watched their belongings and their home dissappear in the winds of
Hurricane Katrina. Joe said that during all this he had one hand holding
onto Anna and the other holding on to God. Their truck and themselves
came out of Katrina unscathed.

As I stated before, Anna was singing a song while making the sandwiches.
The song is titled "I know who holds tomorrow," an old gospel song. She
knew every word and was quite a gifted singer of it. Have you ever
heard it? The chorus of this song is, "Many things, about tomorrow, I
don't seem to understand. But I know who holds tomorrow, and I know who
holds my hand." There is no doubt, in my mind, who was holding both
their hands. I know there have been many, many emails that have
circulated over the years about things that will touch your heart, but
this one I personally was involved in.

Forget all of the politics that the news is striving on, and think about
people just like Joe and Anna. If you can, help out with the victims
relief funds. If you cannot, at least offer a prayer for everyone.

Do what you wish with this email, forward it, delete it, whatever. I
know that these two elderly people got to this old boy. I will always
remember them. Joe and Anna, if by some strange way, you, or someone
you know gets this, and shows it to you, God Bless you!

Weighing the counsel of Finney and Moody

One of the most effective evangelists of the 19th century revivals was Charles Finney. Before Finney became a Christian, he was a Master Mason. Finney wrote:We are now prepared to consider the question of the relation of Freemasonry to the Church of Christ. On this question I remark:

God holds the church and every branch of it, responsible for its opinion and action in accordance with the best light, which, in his providence, is afforded them. . . If any particular branch of the church has better means of information, and therefore more light on moral questions, than another branch, its responsibility is greater, in proportion to its greater means of information. Such a branch of the church is bound to take a higher and more advanced position in Christian life and duty, to bear a fuller and lighter testimony against every form of iniquity, than that required by less favored and less informed branches of the church. They are not to wait till other branches of the church have received their light, before they bear a testimony and pursue a course in accordance with their own degree of information.
Freemasonry is now revealed. It is no longer a secret to any who wish to be informed..... Now, since these revelations are made, and both the church and the world are aware of what Masonry really is, God demands, and the world has a right to expect, that the church will take due action and bear a truthful testimony in respect to this institution. She can not now innocently hold her peace. The light has come.
Before the publishing of Morgan’s book, the Baptist denomination, especially, in that part of the country, had been greatly carried away by Freemasonry. A large proportion of its eldership and membership were Freemasons. A considerable number of ministers and members of other branches of the Christian Church had also fallen into the snare. The murder of Wm. Morgan, and the publication of Masonry consequent thereupon in the books I have named, broke upon the church - fast asleep on this subject - like a clap of thunder from a clear sky. The facts were such, the revelations were so clear, that the Baptist denomination backed down, and took the lead in renouncing and denouncing the institution. Their elders and associated churches, almost universally, passed resolutions disfellowshipping adhering Masons. The denomination, to a considerable extent, took the same course. Throughout the Northern States, at that time, I believe it was almost universally conceded that persistent Freemasons, who continued to adhere and co-operate with them, ought not to be admitted to Christian churches. And should the question be asked, ‘What shall be done with the great number of professed Christians who are Freemasons?’ I answer, Let them have no more to do with it. Again, let Christian men labor with them, plead with them, and endeavor to make them see it to be their duty to abandon it. . . Let them be distinctly asked whether they intend still to aid and abet the administration and taking of these oaths, if they still intend to countenance the false and hypocritical teachings of Masonry, if they mean to countenance the profanity of their ceremonies, and practice the partiality they have sworn to practice. If so, surely they should not be allowed their places in the church. (Charles Finney) The counsel of Dwight L. Moody

Another evangelist of the period was Dwight L. Moody. Moody spoke clearly on the issue as well:

I do not see how any Christian, most of all a Christian minister, can go into these lodges with unbelievers. They say they can have more influence for good, but I say they can have more influence for good by staying out of them and then reproving their evil deeds. You can never reform anything by unequally yoking yourself with ungodly men. True reformers separate themselves from the world. But, some say to me, if you talk that way you will drive all the members of secret societies out of your meetings and out of your churches.But what if I did? Better men will take their places. Give them the truth anyway and if they would rather leave their churches than their lodges, the sooner they get out of the churches the better. I would rather have ten members who are separated from the world that a thousand such members. Come out from the lodge. Better one with God than a thousand without Him. We must walk with God and if only one or two go with us, it is all right. Do not let down the standard to suit men who love their secret lodges or have some darling sin they will not give up.

I DO take the BIBLE Literally-any other way would be Insulting GOD's intelligence, as if HE didn't know how to say what HE meant...or worse-calling HIM a deciever and a liar.

If someone says something they Don't mean-They are LYING. GOD does not lie.

What about hidden shades of meaning? THERE are no shadows with GOD. JESUS is the TRUTH and JESUS is the LIGHT. There are no 'shadows'.

GOD's knowledge being much higher than ours, we will never cease learning from HIM. As long as we are seeking HIM, we will come to know more and more. Of course, we don't "get it ALL instantly" and we do keep understanding more and more, as the BIBLE says, line upon line, and precept upon precept. However, it is ALL written Clearly and straightforwardly. GOD knows our ...humaness-even better than we do! HE knows how little our minds can take in comparison to HIS. HE send us thousands of messengers---HE WANTS US TO "get what HE is saying!"

Those who DO NOT Believe What GOD says are in sin...for their lack of faith, and essentially, they are calling HIM a liar when they do not believe what HE says in HIS BIBLE.

Remember, without faith, it is impossible to please GOD...and...Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of GOD.

NOW:
About the death sentences (in Deuteronomy & Leviticus-the LAW)..it IS pretty grim, isn't it?

HOWEVER a HOLY GOD demands no less than ABSOLUTE PERFECTION & HOLINESS of the people HE is going to let share HIS space with HIM.
GOD is TOTALLY PURE and HOLY...HE LOATHES and DESPISES sin of every nature.
HE doesn't contain HIMSELF against it, either. A FIRE comes out of HIM to CONSUME sin.

What to do then? Here are HIS beloved people, who HE created out of LOVE, and there they all go - sinning all over the place! What is HE going to do? DEATH to everyone? NO. GOD in HIS great love, said, LOOK, I WILL PAY the death penalty for mankind's sins. So, JESUS (a.k.a. Immanuel-GOD with us-)comes down to earth on a mission-to die in place of sinful men. HE accomplishes HIS mission on the cross, and the 3rd day raises from the dead-Conqueror over death, hell, and the grave. NOW, thanks to HIS Supreme sacrifice, HE has the RIGHT to FORGIVE & CLEANSE all those who come to HIM in search of cleansing and forgiveness...HE also has the POWER to give them life with HIM in heaven forever.

Those who like their sins more than they wish to be cleansed from them...those who never go to JESUS for forgiveness and cleansing-will DIE in their sins---and suffer e t e r n a l l y in the lake of fire.

A HOLY GOD DEMAND HOLINESS.
THE CREATOR GOD
GETS HIS WAY.

He got that from GOD, yeah.

I hadn't notice the difference between the two governors; thanks for pointing that out. Prayer does make a difference - wish people would get that - not only prayer but an intimate relationship with the Lord.

We do not believe there are any masonic teachings included in our VBS curriculum. Day one of the Ramblin' Road trip VBS is set in Washington, D.C. (our nation's capital) and is focused on the importance of choosing to worship Jesus. The Bible story is from Matthew 2:1-15 and tells of how the wise men made a deliberate choice to seek the Savior and worship Him. During the life application portion of the preteen lesson we stress the fact that people who live in the United States are guananteed certain freedoms by our constitution. . . and that includes the freedom to worship the one true God. I have heard &/or read from various sources that the original washington dc layout did not include a pentagram.

And in all honesty, when I looked at them, I found it to be true.

I do not find that extraordinary...when you think of OUR ETERNAL GOD and our everlasting enemy.
We who are in earthly bodies die fairly quickly.
GOD's plans (and the enemy's) may sometimes take several earth-lifetimes to come into total manifestation.

There is a pentegram in the streets today.
An idol is an idol. an obelisk was an idol in egypt.
Some still use it as an idol today.

I will not 'worship it or around it' or even have it. no.
I denounce it -and speak destruction to it. Have no part of it.

our devious enemy has 'slipped in unawares' it would seem ---the authors of Vacation Bible School Materials we are using apparently have ulterior motives.

Lifeway (Baptist church curriculum provider) is promoting satanic worship in their Preteen VBS curriculum-and I'm supposed to use their materials to teach Vacation BIBLE School?!

I'm RELIEVED to say, I haven't seen anything amiss in the other classes...just the Preteen Level.

(I only deal with the Youth, Medium, and Preteen-so if it is mixed up in anything else, I have no way of knowing...pray and ask GOD to show you if you are in this VBS Program).

Vacation Bible School is fast approaching for our church.

What do you suppose the FIRST thing I am directed to do as the BIBLE teacher to these wonderful children. These abominable materials say

Print up a LARGE copy of the satanic obelisk and put it on the FOCAL wall as I teach the children to worship.

About masons-they have an outward image that they are 'good'...and supposedly only the very high-up highest level masons KNOW it is satan they worship.

p.s. cammie, my dad was in the masons about 15 yrs ago, he got real sick in the hospital. He alsways worte this mason ring too. Anyways, I was there daily at the hospital and prayed hard for his recovery and for his soul, I asked the Lord many times to keep him from ever wearing that ring again and for him to leave the masons. Do you know what cammie, that ring got lost in that hospital and you know my dad never bought another and he doesnt go to masons anymore. Praise God, hes so good!!!! And my dad recoverd and is doing well today, (he had a lung collapse and a heart attack, in the hospital for 2 months, on a ventalater)

AHAH! BUT! REMEMBER! JESUS defeated the devil and took all the enemy's earthy power away from him over 2,000 years ago:

JESUS gave US power over all the power of the enemy. (however, it is a shame how very FEW are exercising their authority over the enemy. Many people are working with the enemy and helping the devil get his evil way here on earth.)

The enemy uses OUR (MANKIND'S) power against one another.

That is his big secret. The enemy gets PEOPLE to do his dirty work...to think evil, and speak evil, to fill themselves with all manner of his vile excrements (think hollywood filth for starters)....then he fills them entirely with all manner of unclean spirits. So, it is MANKIND who has and is 'trashing and is ruining' this Beautiful and Wonderful GOD Made World.

We MUST EXERCISE OUR AUTHORITY IT for that fact to have any significance in our lives.The enemy is in rebellion...he is not going to simply 'cease from doing evil' because you say so. WE must INFORCE the LAW over him-MAKING him obey us. We must submit ourselves to GOD, and resist the devil. Then the devil will 'flee'!

The Weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they ARE MIGHTY to the pulling down of strongholds...

Further, we CHRISTIANS are supposed to be following in the example and footsteps of JESUS...who went around

1) seeking and saving the lost.

2) healing people who were oppressed by the enemy and

3) Overcoming evil with good and destroying all the works of the enemy.

Davou Bulle, his wife, and their 10 children each climbed into the van, exhausted from another full day of work on their family's farm. He started to pull away but was soon jarred to attention by the sound of gunshots hitting the tires. They were being ambushed because of his faith!

The Muslim attackers soon aimed their weapons at the driver, in hopes to first kill the Christian 'infidel' then kill his entire family. In an attempt to protect his father, son Gyan lunged at the bullets to shield him, but the bullets found their way to their intended target, killing Davou. Gyan trying to help his father took 14 bullets during the ambush. Davou's wife Mary was hit in the eye.

Mary was taken into surgery immediately. She lost one of her eyes as a result of the attack. Son Gyan was also operated on, removing all 14 bullets from his body, miraculously he survived! Davou left behind a wife and 10 children.

More than 10,000 Christians have been killed since 1999 in Nigeria and nearly 1,000 homes and churches have been burned down by Muslim radicals-all because of their faith in Jesus Christ. VOM has opened up a center in Jos, Nigeria for the purpose of helping Christian widows who have lost their husbands at the hands of Muslim fanatics. This center will help these widows develop a trade in sewing or computers so they can support themselves and their children who were left behind.
